Seminar Site: West Virginia University is located in scenic north central West Virginia about 75 miles south of Pittsburgh, PA and 200 miles west of Washington, DC.

All major airlines fly into Pittsburgh airport, and many flights can connect directly to Morgantown airport from Washington Dulles. Here are some sample fares for the Seminar dates:

Rooms are available in accessible Lincoln Hall. Participants can choose single or double occupancy, and fully accessible rooms with accessible washrooms are available. All of the Seminar events will take place in Lincoln Hall. The building has its own conference room, library, lounges, courtyard, and movie theatre.

Travel around Morgantown is easy. The city has a Personal Rapid Transit system that costs just 50 cents to ride. Wheelchair-accessible bus transportation is also available for anyone who needs it, whenever they need it during the Seminar.

Lots of restaurants and a grocery store are just rolling/walking distance from Lincoln Hall. There is also a WVU cafeteria across the street.
