WVU’s Alpha Xi Chapter of Sigma Tau Delta was excited to hold a poetry slam this semester! For the slam, undergraduate students could share some of their poetry and compete for prizes. A noncompetitive section was also open to anyone who wanted to share their work.
Kyra Foster, a Sigma Tau Delta member who also helped plan the event, was an amazing emcee! Here, she starts the slam off with a hilarious limerick about the event.
