Alexandra Persad

Since I received my English degree with a concentration in Creative Writing and Professional Writing and Editing, I started working as a Longform Copy Project Manager for WebFX—an internet marketing company that optimizes a website’s SEO through a variety of services. I specifically oversee half of the longform copy service by managing a group of writers. I create their weekly schedules, match them with projects that best suit their writing styles, and oversee their general workflow practices and routines. I also have the opportunity to interact with editors and other project managers to ensure clients are satisfied with their longform copy service. Overall, the writing skills I developed at WVU have enabled me to help others writers make the most of theirs.
